Commercial Journeyman Plumber

FEP Building Solutions is a growing commercial mechanical contractor serving the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey regions. We specialize in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal fabrication.

We are hiring experienced Journeyman Plumber(s) for commercial project and service work across our Philadelphia and South Jersey territory. You will work independently and as crew lead on new construction, tenant improvement, and service projects. This is a full-time, year-round position.

Responsibilities will include:
● Install and service commercial plumbing systems — supply, DWV, gas, and specialty piping.
● Read and lay out work from blueprints, isometrics, and specifications.
● Rough-in and set fixtures in commercial, institutional, and light industrial environments.
● Perform diagnostic service calls and corrective repairs.
● Direct Plumbing Apprentices on crew and ensure site safety standards are met.
● Underground work.

We are looking for experienced plumbers who meet the following requirements:
● 3+ years of verifiable commercial and residential plumbing experience.
● PA and/or NJ Journeyman Plumber (license preferred); near-complete candidates considered.
● Experience with various pipe systems (i.e., cast, copper, PVC, PEX), setting fixtures, underground work, service/maintenance
● Ability to read commercial construction documents and MEP drawings.
● Valid driver’s license with clean record.
● OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
