JRM Landscape & Design, serving the Denver metro area since 1983, is hiring a hands-on Landscape Construction Foreman to work IN THE FIELD leading a crew through physical installation work every day. This is not a desk job or office management position — you will be out on job sites, working alongside your crew, getting dirty, and building things.
This Job Is:

Full days on job sites, physically installing hardscapes and landscape features
Leading by doing — you set the pace and quality standard by working the job right alongside your crew
Hands-on installation of:

Paver patios & walkways

Pergolas & structures
Artificial turf
Water features (ponds, waterfalls, fountains)
Retaining walls, planting, irrigation, and grading

What You'll Do:

Work in the field every day doing physical installation labor

Lead a small crew through daily tasks, keeping the job moving and built to spec
Read and follow design plans on-site
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment (plate compactors, skid steers, etc.)
Keep the job site organized, safe, and on schedule
Train crew members on proper technique while working alongside them

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on landscape construction experience — this is a labor role, so you need to be comfortable doing physical work all day, every day
Direct experience installing pavers, pergolas/structures, artificial turf, and/or water features
Comfortable leading a small crew while still doing the physical work yourself
Ability to read site plans
Valid driver's license with clean record (CDL a plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship
Able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in all seasons, and be on your feet all day
