COMMERCIAL METAL STUD FRAMING FOREMAN – IMMEDIATE OPENIN

HIRING experienced Commercial Metal Stud Framing Foreman.

FULL TIME PERM- GREAT BENEFITS AFTER PROBATIONARY PERIOD

We are looking for a hands-on, working foreman who can lead a crew, maintain production and work alongside the team when needed. This position requires strong commercial metal stud framing experience—not residential wood framing.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven experience leading commercial metal stud framing crews
• Strong layout skills using lasers, transits and proven layout methods
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• Experience framing interior partitions, corridors, ceilings, radius walls and detailed commercial assemblies
• Ability to identify conflicts involving ductwork, plumbing, electrical and overhead systems
• Knowledge of RFIs and commercial construction coordination
• Ability to plan manpower, stage materials and keep crews productive
• Strong understanding of production goals and daily footage expectations
• Ability to minimize scrap, waste and unnecessary material use
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to jobsite safety, quality and deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and work alongside metal stud framing crews
• Plan daily work and communicate production expectations
• Complete and verify accurate wall and ceiling layouts
• Review drawings before installation begins
• Coordinate with the superintendent, GC and other trades
• Identify field conflicts before they create costly rework
• Monitor workmanship, production and material usage
• Train and develop less-experienced crew members
• Address performance problems promptly and professionally
• Maintain a safe, organized and productive jobsite
