Commercial & Industrial Door Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair and install commercial and industrial door systems and loading dock equipment.

Job Duties

Service, troubleshoot, repair and install commercial and industrial doors
Work on sectional, rolling steel, coiling, high-speed and pedestrian doors
Service door operators, motors, controls and safety devices
Repair springs, cables, tracks, rollers and related components
Service and repair dock levelers and loading dock equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues
Complete service documentation and communicate with customers
Follow Primero and customer safety requirements
