Commercial Painter - Day or Night Shift

COMMERCIAL PAINTERS NEEDED – PHOENIX, AZ

Workify Staffing is hiring experienced Commercial Painters for an active industrial project in the Phoenix area!

If you take pride in quality work, understand coatings and surface prep, and are ready to get started right away — we want to hear from you.

Pay: Up to $35/hr
Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM) or Night Shift (8:00 PM)
Per Diem: No Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Apply paint, coatings, and specialty finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Perform surface preparation: scraping, sanding, patching, and priming
• Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Coordinate with crew members and supervisors to meet deadlines
• Identify and report defects or coating issues

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commercial or industrial painter
• Knowledge of coatings, application methods, and prep techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specs
• Familiar with OSHA and jobsite safety regulations
• Experience using spray equipment and lifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work day or night shifts consistently
