Commercial Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in COMMERCIAL plumbing systems, with the ability to assemble, plumb, solder, and build various plumbing installations. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed and maintained according to industry standards.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using appropriate tools and techniques.
Perform pipe threading and welding as required for various plumbing projects.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure system functionality.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems or maintenance needs.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including HVAC technicians and Maintenance Person services, to complete projects efficiently.
Adhere to safety protocols and building codes during all plumbing operations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Skills

Proficient in assembling, plumbing, soldering, and building plumbing systems.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations.
Experience with pipe threading techniques is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
