Our client is looking for someone with new construction commercial plumbing estimating experience โ someone who understands the field, not just the spreadsheet.
The ideal person has:
๐น Commercial plumbing estimating experience
๐น New construction / ground-up project experience
๐น A background that grew out of the trade
๐น Strong plan reading, takeoff, scope, bid, and budget experience
๐น Texas plumbing license preferred
๐น The ability to understand how the job is actually built in the field
Your title might be Plumbing Estimator, Mechanical Estimator, MEP Estimator, PM/Estimator, Plumbing Project Manager, or Preconstruction Estimator.
We care less about the title and more about the experience.
