Growing commercial plumbing company is hiring an experienced Commercial Plumbing Field Superintendent / Service Supervisor.

This is commercial service — NOT new construction.

Responsibilities:

Supervise commercial plumbing service technicians

Coordinate service calls and technician assignments
Provide technical support and troubleshooting
Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and customer service
Coach and develop service technicians

Requirements:

Strong commercial plumbing service experience

Journeyman license or equivalent experience
Leadership/supervisory experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Valid driver's license
