Commercial Refrigeration / Restaurant Service Tech – Phoenix

Intellitech Mechanical is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC-R tech to service restaurants around the Phoenix area. This is real field work: refrigeration, ice machines, and hotside equipment in active kitchens.

This is not a sales job.
No commissions, no upselling. Just troubleshooting and fixing equipment.

Work includes:

• Walk-in coolers / freezers and reach-ins
• Ice machines
• Fryers, griddles, ovens, and other hotside equipment
• Service, repairs, and occasional replacements

You should be comfortable running calls on your own and making decisions in the field. If you’ve mainly done residential, in-house, or need constant supervision, this probably isn’t a good fit.

Schedule is mostly Monday–Friday. On-call is shared and scheduled ahead of time.

Pay is $28–35/hr depending on commercial refrigeration experience.
