Are you an experienced technician who knows commercial kitchens inside and out? We're looking for a highly skilled Commercial Restaurant Repair Technician to join our team and help keep 16 busy restaurant locations operating at peak performance throughout Northern Nevada.

If you have extensive experience repairing and maintaining commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration systems, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

✅ Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment
✅ Service refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines
✅ Repair fryers, ovens, and other cooking equipment
✅ Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
✅ Travel between our Northern Nevada restaurant locations as needed
✅ Work independently to identify problems and implement solutions

What We're Looking For:

✔ Proven experience with commercial restaurant equipment repair
✔ Strong knowledge of refrigeration and cooking equipment systems
✔ Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
✔ Dependable, self-motivated, and professional attitude
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
