Commercial Roof Coring Helper - $72,800/year

Hello,

We are a commercial roofing company looking for an experienced Flat Roof Coring Technician to perform roof cores and site inspections at commercial properties. We will likely have new core jobs everyday.

Applicant must have multiple years of commercial roofing experience. Some job responsibility will include:

1. Obtaining the roof core on flat and low slope roofs
2. Identifying the number of existing roof layers
3. Taking clear photos of each core and surrounding roof conditions
4. Meeting the client and answering any questions they may have
5. Selling our service as you will be the face of the company to the customer

Our ideal candidate will have knowledge in:

1. Commercial flat roofing systems
2. TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, BUR, insulation systems, and commercial roof assemblies
3. Experience performing roof cores preferred
4. Comfortable working independently on commercial rooftops

Payment will be $35/hour, or $72,800 per year, with checks sent out on every Friday. Part time and full time work is available. On most days you will be working alone and independently.

There will be large advancement opportunities with our company if you are good at what you do and selling our jobs. Applicant will be given a company t-shirt and jacket.

If you are able to use your own truck to drive to clients we will reimburse your for mileage and gas. If you do not have a truck, other options are also available.
