Commercial Roof Inspector needed to help in our office - 20+ hrs/week

National commercial roof consulting company headquartered in South Pasadena, Florida is seeking an individual with roofing field or office background to assist various staff members with project management responsibilities. This is an onsite working opportunity at our office with a flexible schedule.

Who We're Looking For:

The best people often come from the field.

Somebody who has never been on a roof reviews a payment application/in-progress report and sees a percentage. You read the same pay app/in-progress report, think about what you saw on the walk Thursday, and know that nobody put down 40% of that system in nine days. You go find out what's really going on.

That instinct can't be taught in a training class. Either you've earned it up there or you haven't.

If you've run roofing crews or managed roofing jobs, and you've always been the one who actually reads the numbers instead of nodding at them, keep reading. This might be the office job you didn't think existed.

What You'll Be Assisting With:

>Running the project paperwork from evaluation through closeout
>Keeping projects honest and on schedule
>Being the quality check on our data

Experience Requirements:
-CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-Microsoft Word
-Microsoft Excel
-Microsoft OneDrive/Sharepoint
-Microsoft Outlook
-working with Databases
-Adobe Acrobat or equivalent pdf editing software
-Construction project management related software
-Business task management software
