Top Notch Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roof Repair Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality commercial and residential roofing with a strong reputation for professionalism, safety, and customer service.

Responsibilities
-Diagnose and repair roof leaks on commercial roofing systems.
-Perform repairs on TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and other low-slope roofing systems.
-Locate leaks and identify the root cause—not just the symptoms.
-Complete service reports with photos and detailed repair notes.
-Perform preventative maintenance and roof inspections.
-Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and project managers.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
-Operate company vehicles and maintain tools and equipment.
Qualifications
-Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing repair experience.
-Strong knowledge of single-ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM).
-Experience with metal flashing, penetrations, drains, curbs, and edge details.
-Ability to troubleshoot difficult roof leaks.
-Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
-Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work outdoors in Florida weather.
-OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
-Manufacturer certifications (Carlisle, GAF, FiberTite, JM, Elevate, etc.) are a plus.
