Commercial Roofer/Lead Commercial Roofer

We are seeking dependable and experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. Candidates should have experience installing and repairing TPO roofing systems and be comfortable working in a commercial roofing environment. This position involves a variety of roofing duties, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and supporting project completion while maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
Perform TPO membrane installation, repairs, and detailing
Remove and replace damaged roofing materials
Load, unload, and transport roofing materials and equipment
Assist with roof inspections and project preparation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Thorough documentation of work performed

Requirements

Previous commercial roofing experience required
TPO roofing experience required
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license required
Ability to work at heights and on various roof types
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (75+lbs)
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Lead:

Lead and assist roofing crews on commercial roofing projects
Minimum of 5 years of commercial roofing experience required
Minimum of 1 year of TPO roofing experience required
Previous experience leading a crew preferred but not required
