Big Horn Roofing is hiring experienced Commercial Roofing Foremen in Laramie and Casper, WY.

Pay: Starting at $28/hour, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead commercial roofing crews and manage daily job-site activities
Install, repair, remove, and replace commercial roofing systems
Work with BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, and PVC systems
Ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met
Track materials, complete daily reports, and communicate with customers
Train and support crew members

Requirements
3–5 years of commercial roofing crew leadership experience
Experience with multiple roofing systems preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably at heights and in varying weather
Must pass pre-employment screening
