We’re not looking for someone brand new to roofing—we’re looking for someone who already understands the job and is ready to take the next step.

If you’ve worked on a roofing crew before, know your way around a job site, and can keep up with a professional team, we want to talk to you.

🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting mechanics and foremen on commercial and residential projects
Handling materials, tools, and job site setup efficiently
Assisting with installation and repairs (TPO, EPDM, shingles, etc.)
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Keeping pace with the crew and contributing to production

✅ What You Need:

Prior roofing or construction experience REQUIRED

Basic knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and job site flow
Ability to work safely at heights and in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay productive throughout the day
Team-first mindset and willingness to take direction
