Roofing Team Inc. (operating as The Roofing Repair Team) has served NYC and NJ commercial properties since 2017. We’re looking for experienced independent roofing contractors to take on steady commercial leak diagnosis, maintenance, and repair work across the five boroughs and Central New Jersey.
No heavy tear-offs. No full replacements. Just skilled repair work on commercial flat roofs.

HOW IT WORKS

We bring the work: We supply the service contracts, property manager relationships, and material coordination.
You diagnose: You go on site, trace the leak, and document it with clear photos and notes from your phone.
We agree on scope: We review your findings and agree on the scope and ticket price with you.
You repair and get paid: You complete the repair and are paid weekly for completed tickets.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO EARN

Every ticket is priced and agreed before you start.
Typical earnings:
Solo operator: about $750/day ($3,750/week)
With 1 helper: about $1,000/day ($5,000/week)
With 2 helpers: about $1,250/day ($6,250/week)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
15+ years of experience with commercial flat roof systems: modified bitumen (cold-applied/glue-down), EPDM, TPO, and liquid-applied systems
Master leak troubleshooter: you can trace complex water infiltration back to flashings, drains, copings, and masonry walls
Independent business: active Workers’ Compensation and General Liability insurance valid in NY/NJ, plus your own work vehicle, tools, and ladders
Bilingual: English required; Spanish strongly preferred for site communication
Mobile documentation: comfortable using a smartphone to take clear before/after photos and send digital service notes
