Commercial Sales & Estimating Representative (Part-Time)

Pay: $22–$25/hour + Performance-Based Commissions
Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 15–20 Hours Weekly

About the Position

No. 1 Lawn Firm LLC is a growing landscaping and hardscaping company serving the Greater Austin area. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated individual who understands the Central Texas commercial landscaping market and can help us expand our commercial customer base.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in commercial estimating, business development, or landscape construction who wants a flexible schedule with opportunities to earn additional income through commissions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial landscaping and hardscaping opportunities.
• Build relationships with general contractors, property managers, HOAs, developers, and commercial property owners.
• Perform site visits, take measurements, and prepare accurate estimates.
• Develop competitive bids based on local labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Pursue commercial installation projects and recurring property maintenance contracts.
• Follow up on proposals and help secure new contracts.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of potential projects and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial landscaping, hardscaping, estimating, or construction sales.
• Strong understanding of the Austin and Central Texas market.
• Ability to read plans, calculate materials, and estimate labor costs.
• Experience preparing and submitting commercial bids.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation for site visits.
• Existing commercial contractor or property management relationships are a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
• 10% commission on collected gross profit from qualifying installation projects.
• 5% commission on collected first-year revenue from qualifying maintenance contracts.
• Flexible part-time schedule.
