Commercial Service Plumber — $35–$46.50/hr | No Sales Quotas
Commercial Plumber
Description
**Pacific Standard Plumbing is hiring an experienced Commercial Service Plumber in San Diego County.**
You know how to diagnose difficult plumbing problems, make repairs that last, and communicate professionally with customers.
You are also tired of being treated like a salesperson or a number.
At Pacific Standard Plumbing, we hire plumbers to perform excellent plumbing—not to chase commissions or inflate invoices.
This is a full-time, W-2 commercial service-and-repair position. It is not a residential sales role.
## WHY EXPERIENCED PLUMBERS JOIN PSP
**No sales quotas.**
Recommend the right repair. Your performance is measured by workmanship, reliability, communication, and customer trust—not ticket size.
**Real commercial service work.**

**A take-home service truck.**
A company vehicle, fuel card, and the equipment required to perform the job professionally.
**Support when a job gets difficult.**
Ask for help when you need it. We solve problems as a team instead of leaving technicians stranded in the field.
