Commercial Service Plumber

Terry Mechanical has immediate openings in our Service Department for an Experienced Service Plumber with at least 3 years of service repair experience.
Terry Mechanical has been in business for over 30 years. We specialize in plumbing for new construction of Office Buildings, Tenant Improvements, Restaurants, Process Piping, Industrial Plumbing and Service and Repairs for our projects and clients.
We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our always expanding team and continue to grow with us.

To qualify you must:

• Have 3 years plumbing experience
• OSHA 10 Certification preferable but not mandatory
• Must use strong skills to service, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair both Commercial/Residential plumbing equipment and complete required paperwork
• Experience with sewer video inspections and equipment (preferred, not required)
• Must be able to work independently and without supervision
• Backflow certification (preferred, not required)
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Respectful, courteous and "can do" attitude
• Have excellent communication customer service skills
• Honest and trustworthy
• Troubleshoot problems with a sense of urgency
• Attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time
