Now Hiring – Sheet Metal Helpers, Mechanics & Foreman (San Antonio Area)

We are currently seeking reliable Sheet Metal Helpers, Mechanics, and an experienced Foreman for commercial HVAC projects in the San Antonio, TX area. In these roles, you’ll be responsible for installing, fabricating, and repairing sheet metal ductwork, hoods, and other HVAC components in accordance with project plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
*Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
*Lay out, measure, and mark dimensions and reference points
*Translate blueprints into shop drawings for fabrication and installation
*Assemble and secure ductwork, seams, and joints
*Fabricate and install duct systems for high-efficiency HVAC applications
*Cut, shape, and finish sheet metal using hand and power tools
*Inspect completed installations to ensure quality and accuracy
*Build and assemble sheet metal components as needed

Foreman Responsibilities (in addition to above):
*Lead and supervise crews on job sites
*Coordinate workflow and ensure project timelines are met
*Maintain safety standards and job site compliance
*Communicate with project managers and other trades
