Commercial Snow Plow Truck Driver

Victory Ent. is looking for dependable, alert, and skilled Plow Truck Drivers to join our dedicated winter maintenance team for the 26-27 winter season. We are a locally based company that takes immense pride in providing top-tier service, unmatched communication. What we want from you
Safely and efficiently operate a truck-mounted commercial plow to clear commercial parking lots and HOAs.
Ultimate Flexibility: This is a seasonal, on-call position. You must be ready to work days, long nights, weekends, and holidays whenever the snow hits.
Prompt Response: Must have a reliable smart phone and your own dependable transportation to get to our shop within one hour of a call-out.
Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections (checking fluids, tire pressures, and equipment functions). Treat our trucks like they are your own.
Clean Record: Valid Alaska Driver’s License with a completely clean driving record
Drug-Free Status: Must pass a mandatory drug screening. No recreational substances or medications that impair the legal and safe operation of motorized vehicles
Critical Thinking: Being mechanically inclined is a massive plus. If something minor breaks in the field, we love operators who can troubleshoot on the fly.

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (Starting rate depends entirely on prior commercial plowing experience
