[Duties ]
- Lead in the ONSITE Management and Coordination of the SUB-CONTRACTORS WORK while Project is in progress
- Compile and deliver Daily Project Reports to the Project Manager
[Requirements ]
- Must have 5 years Experience on COMMERCIAL and or INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS, ( NOT RESIDENTIAL ), Supervising General, Mechanical, & Electrical Trades SUBCONTRACTORS !
- Must be able to Read Drawings and understand specifications !
- Must pass a Drug Test !
- Will do a Background Check

- $70k - $92k a year (Depending on Experience)
- Home at Night, NO TRAVEL
- Projects are not Huge and are Typically on West Side of Cleveland
