Commercial Waterproofer / Caulker

We are currently hiring experienced Commercial Waterproofers/Caulkers/Glazers/Concrete and Structural Repair for projects throughout the Houston area. Candidates must have previous commercial experience and be able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
1) Prepare surfaces to ensure quality workmanship.
2) Install commercial waterproofing and caulking systems according to project specifications.
3) Repair concrete structures according to project specifications.
4) Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
5) Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule.

Requirements:
1) Commercial waterproofing/Caulking/Glazing/Concrete and Structural Repair experience is required.
2) Reliable transportation to the job sites throughout the Houston area.
3) Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
4) Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Schedule:
1) Full-time.
2) Start times are typically 6:00am / 7:00am depending on the jobsite.
3) Crews typically work 50+ hours a week.
