COMMERCIAL WINDOW COVERING INSTALLER

Royal Textile Products is looking for dependable, hardworking installers to join our Field Operations team.

We install commercial roller shades, blinds, drapery, motorized window coverings, and specialty window treatments throughout Colorado and surrounding areas.

We're looking for people who are motivated, dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and take pride in doing quality work.

Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right people.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
*Installing commercial roller shades, blinds, drapery, and motorized window coverings
*Measuring, laying out, and preparing installations
*Using drills, impact drivers, hand tools, and other installation equipment
*Reading basic plans, drawings, and installation documents
*Loading, unloading, staging, and organizing materials
*Working from ladders and lifts
*Traveling to commercial job sites throughout Colorado and surrounding areas
*Working independently and as part of an installation crew
*Coordinating with your crew and other trades on active construction sites
*Maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and professional job site
*Performing quality-control checks to ensure installations meet company standards

You don't need to know everything on Day 1. We can teach the technical side of the job. We're looking for someone who brings the right attitude and work ethic.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Valid driver's license
*Reliable transportation
*Able to lift 50+ lbs.
*Comfortable working at heights
*Able to safely work from ladders and lifts
*Basic hand and power tool experience
*Reliable attendance
*Willingness to travel when needed
*Ability to work in active commercial construction environments
*Must pass required background screening

EXPERIENCE - Previous experience in any of the following is a plus:

*Commercial construction
*Window coverings
*Finish carpentry
*Installation
*General construction
*Other mechanically focused trades
