Commercial/Industrial Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator

Terry Mechanical, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager/Estimator to help manage and price commercial and industrial plumbing and process piping projects throughout the Bay Area.
We are a fast-moving, non-union Plumbing Contractor working in Office TI, Biotech, Labs, Food & Beverage, Industrial, and Ground-ups. This role is ideal for someone experienced who wants responsibility, autonomy, and real impact.

This position will handle a mix of:

• Project Management
• Estimating/Take-Offs
• Client and General Contractor Coordination
• Cost tracking and job support
• Design Coordination
• Job walks

You will work closely with Senior Leadership and Field Teams to keep project profitable, organized and moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate Commercial/Industrial Plumbing and Piping Projects
• Perform quantity take offs and build budgets
• Mange active jobs (Cost, Schedule, RFI's, Change Orders)
• Track T&M Work, COR's and Job Costs
• Coordinate with Field Supervisors and Foreman
• Review Subcontractor and Supplier Pricing
• Assist with Billing, Forecasting and Closeouts
• Maintain strong communication with GC's and Clients

Required Experience

• 3+ years in Commercial/Industrial Plumbing or Mechanical PM/Estimating
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, piping and job costing
• Experience with Change Orders, T&M and Client Billing
• Ability to read Plans, Specs and Drawings
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working in fast paced environment

Preferred (But not Required)

• Experience with Biotech, Labs, Process Piping, Med Gas and Ground-Ups
• Bluebeam, Excel, Estimating Software Experience
• Prior field experience (Foreman, Superintendent, Journeyman)
