COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL PLUMBING SUPERINTENDENT

We are a Commercial/Industrial Plumbing Contractor looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Superintendent to join our team. We are a well established Bay Area Plumbing Contractor and have been in business for over 30 years. We offer a competitive wage with benefits, plus company vehicle

• Ground up multi story
• Tenant improvements
• Food service/restaurants
• High tech
• Lab facilities
• Medical facilities
• Process piping

Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple commercial plumbing projects and field crew
Manage and coordinate Foreman and Manpower
Assist with manpower planning and scheduling
Review plans, specification and project requirements
Attend job walks, and project meetings as needed
Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors and other trades
Monitor job progress, producitivity and quality
Maintain jobsite safety and company standards
Idenfity potential problems early and help keep projects on schedule
Previous Commercial Plumbing Superintendnet experience preferred
Extensive Commercial Plumbing field experience required
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, plans and specifications
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong communication and organizationsal skills
Bay Area construction experience preferred
Valid drivers license and good driving record

This is a full-time, long term position witih a well established Plumbing Contractor. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Company vehicle and benefits provided
