Community Works (Exterior Care)

Community Works is hiring experienced exterior painters and carpenters for a full summer of booked work across Chittenden County (June–October). The work: exterior repaints, staining, trim/finish carpentry on residential & light commercial; most jobs 1–4 weeks. You bring: real experience, basic tools, a reliable vehicle, and someone who takes prep seriously. We bring: steady work, a back office that handles the client/scheduling/invoicing/collections, and a path to running your own jobs. Crews & subcontractors welcome — overflow work on a split. Pay: $25–35/hr depending on experience (crews quoted per job).
