We are a leading Rental Fence company in Northern California that specializes in providing high-quality temporary fence solutions for construction sites, special events, and more. We are committed to providing exceptional service and value to our customers, and we are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Rental Fence Installer/Driver. We also are looking for shop help to assist in the manufacturing of our fence panels. welding experience a plus
Job Type: Full-Time – Monday through Friday (Rain or Shine) – Possibly some hours on Weekends
Job Description: As a Rental Fence Installer, you will be responsible for the delivery, installation, and removal of temporary fencing for our customers. Your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading fencing panels, posts, and other materials onto trucks
- Transporting materials to job sites using company vehicles
- Installing temporary fencing using hand and power tools
- Ensuring that all fencing is installed safely and securely
- Removing fencing from job sites and returning materials to the company yard
- Building and repairing fence panels welding experience a plus
- Maintaining company vehicles and equipment
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines
- Communicating effectively with customers and other team members
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Punctual and reliable
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 65 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
