Competent Framer

Looking for a lead builder/framer. Someone to complement and lead my current construction crew. We primarily focus on residential, single prime, builds. We also do commercial which these skills would be a great addition but not necessary to "apply". I also pick up smaller jobs along the way so if you call know this

If you do not have a license then you will not be hired

If you do not have tools do not call

If you cannot frame independently do not call

I am willing to hire someone qualified and take care of them well for that work, however, I am just being honest the employment market has me scratching my head.
