Garage Force of the Inland Empire is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our concrete coatings installation team.

We’re a locally owned business specializing in high-performance residential and commercial concrete floor coatings.

We’re looking for more than a helper. Our goal is to develop someone who can eventually take the lead on installations, allowing the business owner to focus on growing the company.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare concrete surfaces using professional grinding equipment.
• Perform crack repairs and surface preparation.
• Mix and apply industrial-grade concrete coating systems.
• Install decorative full-chip flooring systems.
• Operate and maintain professional equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Eventually manage installations independently.

Who We’re Looking For

• Dependable, punctual, and responsive to communications.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable operating power tools.
• Experience in construction, flooring, concrete, or related trades.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Physically capable of demanding work.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional attitude when interacting with customers.

Concrete coatings experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Schedule & Compensation

• Starting pay: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience.
• Work is scheduled based on customer projects.
• Hours vary; no guaranteed minimum hours.
• Most residential installations are completed in one day.
• Opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation as the business grows.
