REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Valid Driver's License with a CLEAN Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen to meet applicable secured-facility access requirements.
- Must be able to pass stringent background checks and qualify for security badging to work at restricted facilities, including military bases.
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience – REQUIRED. Concrete construction experience strongly preferred.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, lift heavy materials, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and ability to work well with a team.
- Assist with commercial concrete construction, saw cutting, core drilling, and demolition.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handling.
- Follow company safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
