Concrete Crew Wanted — East Hillsborough

Sam the Concrete Man is a growing concrete company serving the East Hillsborough area. We are looking for an experienced, reliable concrete crew to complete approximately 1–2 quality flatwork projects per week.

Typical projects are 250–1,600 sq. ft. and include new concrete and removal/replacement of:

• Driveways
• Patios
• Walkways
• Curbs and steps
• Drainage-related concrete work

Experience with colored, stamped, and decorative concrete is a plus.

What We Expect

We are looking for a crew that takes pride in its work and can consistently produce clean, professional-quality concrete. Attention to detail, proper finishing, clean forms, accurate grades, and a good final appearance are important.

The crew must:

• Have at least one experienced concrete finisher
• Have its own tools, trucks, and equipment necessary to demo, prep, form, pour, and finish flatwork
• Be able to handle projects from start to finish
• Show up when scheduled and communicate reliably
• Maintain a professional standard of workmanship

Payment

• Small projects: paid at 100% completion
• Larger projects: progress payments according to an agreed schedule

We provide the jobs and project management. You provide the experienced crew, equipment, concrete orders, and workmanship.
