Evergreen Home Exteriors is an established Western Washington remodeling company that has been in business for more than a decade and completes over 30 residential projects every month.

We are looking for experienced concrete companies that want consistent project opportunities, a productive crew, and the ability to grow their businesses without constantly worrying about where the next job will come from.

YOU HANDLE THE CONCRETE. WE HANDLE THE PROJECT PIPELINE.

Evergreen generates the leads, sells the projects, coordinates with the homeowner, and prepares each job for production.

HOW IT WORKS

• Your company reviews and accepts the project scope and subcontract price.
• We provide a complete Start Pack containing the approved scope, plans, and project information your crew needs.
• Project materials are delivered to the jobsite.
• Your crew shows up ready, completes the work, and closes out the project.
• Payment is processed through Buildertrend when the project is completed.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are not looking for a concrete crew for one project. We want dependable concrete companies we can work with consistently as both businesses grow.

Residential projects may include:

• Deck footings, pier pads, and post bases
• Foundations and stem walls
• Slabs, patios, walkways, and other flatwork
• Excavation, forming, reinforcement, placement, and finishing
• Concrete demolition and haul-off when included in the scope
• Other residential concrete work shown in the approved project documents

COMPENSATION

This is project-based subcontract work. The scope and price are agreed upon in writing before your company accepts each project. Completed projects are paid through Buildertrend.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• An established residential concrete company with a dependable crew
• Active Washington contractor registration, required licensing, bond, insurance, and workers’ compensation coverage
• Your own vehicles, tools, equipment, and safety gear
• Proven residential concrete experience
• Reliable scheduling, clear communication, quality workmanship, and clean jobsites
• Ability to provide project updates and completion documentation through Buildertrend
• The capacity and desire to take on more work
