Dynamic Concrete Cutting is hiring full-time Concrete Cutting Operators & Laborers to join our team in Garner, NC.

No experience? That’s okay. We’ll train you.

This isn’t just another general labor job. Concrete cutting is a specialized skilled trade, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who want to learn it, get good at it, and build a career.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

We’ll train you to safely operate specialized concrete cutting and demolition equipment, including:

• Core drills
• Walk-behind saws
• Hand saws
• Wall saws
• Selective demolition equipment and tools

You’ll work on different jobsites, learn how to operate professional equipment, and develop skills that become more valuable as your experience grows.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need concrete cutting experience to get started. Construction, equipment-operating, or mechanical experience is a plus, but attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn matter most.
You'll be a great fit if you:

• Like working with your hands
• Have strong mechanical abilities or enjoy figuring out how things work
• Take safety seriously
• Show up when you're supposed to
• Aren't afraid of hard work or getting dirty
• Work well as part of a team
• Want to learn a skilled trade
• Are comfortable with basic math, measurements, and calculations — we'll train you on what you need to know

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be able to:

• Lift and move approximately 45 lbs.
• Wear a tight-fitting respirator and comply with OSHA facial-hair requirements for proper respirator function
• Maintain a valid driver's license with fewer than 3 points — no exceptions!
• Work extended hours and overtime when jobs require it
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and customers

STARTING PAY
$22/hour starting pay with no experience.
Already bringing something to the table? Starting pay may be higher based on relevant experience, including:

• Construction experience
• Machine or equipment operation
• Mechanical skills
• Concrete cutting experience
• Leadership experience
