Concrete Cutting Technician

CLT Coatings is hiring an experienced Concrete Cutting Technician for commercial and industrial projects. Primary work includes cutting concrete slabs and cutting dock door openings in existing tilt-wall panels.

What you’ll do:

Operate walk-behind slab saws, track-mounted wall saws, handheld saws, and core drills.
Lay out and cut slab openings, trenches, and tilt-wall dock door openings.
Follow approved cutting and support plans and assist with safe removal of concrete sections.
Maintain equipment and manage slurry, dust, and jobsite cleanup.
Work closely with our field crew to complete accurate, safe cuts.

What we’re looking for:

Professional concrete cutting experience required.

Experience with slab saws and wall saws; tilt-wall dock door experience strongly preferred.
Ability to read measurements, follow layouts, and work safely around heavy concrete sections.
Dependable, on time, and comfortable with physical construction work.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel and work occasional overtime.
Spanish-speaking applicants welcome; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
