Concrete Cutting/Coring General Manager/Dispatch

POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations: scheduling work orders, supporting field teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the company operates efficiently and professionally. This position requires proactive leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Customer Relationships
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through timely, professional, and consistent communication.
Ensure customers receive exceptional service from initial contact through project completion.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Anticipate equipment, vehicle, and tooling maintenance or replacement needs before they impact operations.
Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Ensure all equipment remains safe, operational, and compliant with company standards.
MAINTENANCE
Ensure company trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment are kept clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Hold team members accountable for maintaining company assets and reporting maintenance needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license, concrete cutting and coring experience. Basic Microsoft programs. Ability to navigate construction environment. Multitask in a busy work environment. Must have strong leadership skills!
