Concrete Finisher – $30-37/hr, Overtime, 401k - Lester Prairie, MN

We're looking for someone who knows concrete. Not someone we have to explain the basics to — someone who has been on a crew, knows what a good finish looks like, and takes pride in doing it right.

Red's Concrete, LLC is a flatwork concrete company out of Lester Prairie, MN. We do big work — large driveways, warehouse floors, shed floors, foundations, and commercial slabs. Our crew is small, experienced, and known for the quality of work we put out. We're adding one more person to the crew and we want someone who can hit the ground running.

What we're offering:

• $30–$37/hr based on your experience level
• Overtime at time-and-a-half
• 401k retirement plan
• We pay your unemployment in the off-season — you're taken care of year-round
• Company trucks to job sites — no miles on your own vehicle

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on concrete finishing experience — flatwork preferred
• Experience putting an edge on concrete, skating/boarding edges of a building, using power trowels, using finishing tools
• Someone who works efficiently and produces a clean finish
• Reliable and professional — we run tight, clean job sites and expect the same from everyone on the crew
• Local to the Lester Prairie / McLeod County area

This is a seasonal position running April through December. The pay reflects your experience and we don't lowball people who know what they're doing.
