Concrete Finisher

Mill City Concrete & Masonry Inc. is a leader in high-quality residential concrete work, and we are looking to hire a full-time Concrete Finisher with 2+ years’ experience.

This seasonal role runs from April to November. Workdays begin at 7 AM and typically end at 4 PM or when the job is complete (Monday–Friday). Hours may vary based on project needs, season, and weather.

Job Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Forming (sidewalks, driveways, steps, patios, etc.)
• Pouring Concrete
• Finishing Concrete

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. We move throughout the day from jobsite to jobsite. We work primarily in Mpls/St. Paul and surrounding suburbs.
• High level of experience in finishing all concrete.
• Must be able to handle physical labor for construction (kneeling, bending, lifting, involvement in pouring, wheelbarrows & shoveling).
• Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within the deadline.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
• Ability to multitask and take direction.
• Meets attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
• Masonry experience is a plus.
