We are looking for a dedicated Concrete Finisher / Foundations Team Member to join our growing field crew and help us execute high-quality pours from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Pouring Operations: Play an active role in concrete pours, including operating hoses, managing concrete vibrators, and executing proper straightening, screeding, and magging. Finishing & Surface Work: Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete surfaces (slabs, foundations, flatwork) using hand trowels, floats, edgers, and power equipment to meet exact specifications.Site Preparation: Assist with setting and checking forms, grading sub-bases, and placing reinforcement materials.Job Site Support: Handle associated construction activities, such as grouting baseplates, building staging/scaffolding, setting up weather-mitigation blankets, and keeping the work area clean and hazard-free.Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to company and OSHA safety standards, wearing proper PPE and ensuring safe operation of tools and heavy equipment.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum of [1–3+ years] of hands-on experience in concrete finishing, foundation work, or general commercial/residential construction.Technical Skills: Familiarity with hand finishing tools, power trowels, screeds, and concrete vibrators.
