Concrete Finisher

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced concrete finishers for projects located in or around Cincinnati, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Clear, excavate, and compact sub-base or gravel
Set, align, and brace wooden, steel, or panel forms to target pitch, depth, and elevation using laser/site levels
Tie and place rebar, mesh, or anchor/embedded steel plates
Spreading, raking, and shoveling wet concrete uniformly into forms
Using bull floats or hand floats to flatten ridges, embed aggregate, and bring bleed water to the top
Rubbing/grinding imperfections, patching voids, and cleaning site/tools
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

Ideally a minimum 1–2 years of concrete finishing experience
Ability to learn new equipment & processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
