Responsibilities:
- Prepare the worksite by setting up forms, and installing reinforcement materials
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete using various tools and techniques
- Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, edging, and brooming to create desired textures and finishes
- Repair and restore existing concrete surfaces as needed
- Perform metal stud framing and frame carpentry for concrete structures
- Assist with masonry work, including plastering
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, leveling, and finishing techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment relevant to concrete work
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and finishes
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the concrete process
