Description
General Contractor hiring experienced concrete workers for a campground construction project in the Pike National Forest, about 1 hour southwest of Colorado Springs.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Pouring and finishing concrete flatwork - walkways, ADA pads, parking pads, and trash enclosure pads. Includes formwork, placement, finishing, rebar/fiber mesh reinforcement, joints, and curing. May also include footings for picnic shelters and restroom foundations.
JOB DETAILS:
Location: Rosemont Reservoir Campground, Pikes Peak State Recreation Area, Teller County, CO (remote forest site — reliable transportation required)
Start Date: Spring 2027
Duration: One Month
Experience with concrete flatwork, finishing, and jobsite safety practices required.
