Concrete Finishers
Description
Concrete finishers must have fluent understanding of the following skills:
-Screeding
-Bull floating
-Proper use of a Trowel machine
-Experience placing/tying steel
-Carpentry
-Fluent with units of measurement
-Experience with concrete forming
-Must be willing to learn
-Must be able to follow directions.
Concrete Foreman MUST possess all of these skills plus:
-Fluently read/interpret construction drawings
-Manage a crew of around 5 guys
-Talk with customers and maintain relationships with clients
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to communicate well
Must be clean and able to pass a drug screen
