We are seeking experienced Concrete Foremen and Concrete Form Carpenters for a commercial construction project in Castroville, TX. If you're looking for steady work with a growing team, we'd like to hear from you.

Job Duties:

Supervise and coordinate concrete crews on commercial projects
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Build, cut, shape, measure, and assemble concrete forms
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Manage materials, equipment, and manpower
Train and mentor crew members as needed

Requirements:

Foremen: 5+ years of commercial concrete experience; leadership experience preferred
Form Carpenters: Minimum 2 years of commercial concrete formwork experience
Strong knowledge of concrete placement, framing, finishing, and site preparation
OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs. without assistance
