We are looking for a hands-on Concrete Foreman for residential construction projects.

This is a working foreman position — must be able to lead the crew while actively working in the field.

Must have strong experience with:

Foundations

Flatwork

Retaining walls

Board-form concrete

Drainage

Shoring experience is a plus.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience as a foreman

Must have experience running crews

Must be hands-on in the field (not just supervising)

Strong understanding of residential concrete work

Ability to read plans and manage job site operations

Pay: Based on experience
