Concrete Foreman Wanted

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Concrete Foreman. As a foreman, your duties will be to oversee and coordinate cast-in-place concrete construction projects, managing crews and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising worksite activities, operating backhoes/ other machinery, maintaining construction schedules, and ensuring proper execution of concrete construction as well as calculating and ordering concrete on site.

Qualifications

Must have a good understanding/ experience in-

-Concrete Footings and foundation walls (particularly laying out buildings as per site mark-out)
-Running/ Operating Machinery (Backhoe etc.)
-General Site Safety as per OSHA standards
-Running and managing a jobsite accordingly including adhering to jobsite schedules and regulations
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project plans.
-Ability to Calculate and properly order concrete and concrete pumps
-Physical ability to handle manual tasks and work in outdoor environments.
-Drivers license is required
-Must have concrete foreman/ supervisor experience
-Must be willing to submit to a background check
