💰 Pay: $25-$32/hr DOE (Higher pay available for experienced Foremen)

💵 Per Diem Available – Up to $125/Day Worked

We're looking for experienced Concrete Foremen, Form Carpenters, and Equipment Operators to join one of the largest commercial data center projects in West Texas.

If you have commercial concrete experience and are looking for steady, long-term work, we want to talk to you.

Positions Available

• Concrete Foremen
• Form Carpenters
• Equipment Operators

Responsibilities

• Build and install concrete formwork
• Set forms for walls, columns, slabs, footings, and foundations
• Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings
• Operate heavy equipment (Equipment Operators)
• Lead concrete crews and coordinate daily work (Foremen)
• Work safely while maintaining production schedules

Requirements

• Commercial concrete construction experience required
• Experience on large commercial or industrial projects preferred
• Ability to read blueprints (Foremen & Carpenters)
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Safety-minded with a strong work ethic
