Primal Concrete LLC is looking for experienced and talented employees to join the team. We work by the Primal Principals: Safety, Quality and Integrity.

Salary DOE, paid sick leave after 90 days.

Forman $35-40, Combo formsetter/finisher $31-35, formsetter only $26-32, finisher only $26-33, laborer $22-25.

Minimum Requirement All Positions:
1. LEGAL to work in the USA. We E-Verify ALL employees.
2. Drug free. Zero tolerance drug policy, including medical marijuana. Employees are subject to pre-employment drug/alcohol testing or random testing.
3. Adhere to all safety requirements, wear PPE.
4. Have own hand tools required to perform job duties.
5. Reliable transportation, daily attendance, and on time are mandatory.
6. Work hours and days may vary, work is valley wide.
7. Work quality - meet or exceed all company and job requirements.
8. Maintain a clean and safe job site.
9. Knowledge, skills and physical ability to do the job with willingness to learn.
10. Clear and honest communication with a TEAM attitude.
11. Additional requirements/skills based on job/position.
