Concrete Foundation Foreman - working

Established NYC construction company specializing in foundations, underpinning, and structural concrete is hiring a CONCRETE FOUNDATION FOREMAN for high-end residential projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Steady, year-round work with a deep pipeline of jobs.

THIS IS A WORKING FOREMAN POSITION — you manage and supervise your crew while working side by side with them every day.

WHAT YOU OWN:

• The progress of the jobsite — start to finish
• Your crew — leading groups of men by example and professional instruction
• All tools and equipment on site
• Daily communication with our internal team and the general contractor on site
• Daily logs and photos — submitted every day

THE WORK:
Underpinning • hand and machine excavation • rebar • formwork • concrete foundation walls • concrete flatwork

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS — all of them, no exceptions:

• 10+ years experience in foundation work: underpinning, excavation, rebar, concrete foundations, concrete flatwork
• 5+ years reading construction drawings at an EXPERT level — SOE, foundation, and structural drawings (you will review drawings at the interview)
• Bilingual English/Spanish — REQUIRED
• Valid SST OSHA card — bring it to the interview
• Fire Guard (F-60) a plus
• Able to travel between project sites by public transportation when needed
• Fully competent, responsible, and professional — you are the face of the company on your site

PAY:
Top daily rate based on experience — paid weekly. We follow all DOB and OSHA rules and regulations on every site — if that is how you run work, we want to meet you.
